Our solution offers platforms, switch stations, and carts for transporting finished modules to storage. The platforms consist of a flat steel floor where the assembly of floors and walls takes place. Our platforms ensure that everything is aligned and square from the start.
Our height-adjustable wheel tracks are positioned 4, 5, or 6 in width at appropriate intervals to provide sufficient load-bearing capacity for transporting the modules.
Image 1: We suggest placing platforms between and beside each module. This results in a working floor that is at the same level as the floor inside the module, making it smooth and safe to perform work.
Image 2: The modules can either be moved manually or pushed along the wheel tracks using hydraulics.
Image 3: The wheel tracks can be recessed into the floor, or if installed on the floor, we can make them swiveling to allow passage through the track with a forklift. The wheel tracks are then swiveled away using pneumatics.
Image 4: We adjust the method of moving the modules out of the factory so it fits your factory and operation.
